Arcbound Reactor

At the beginning of each upkeep, put a charge
counter on Arcbound Reactor.
Whenever you cast an artifact creature spell, you
may remove any number of charge counters from
Arcbound Reactor. If you do, the artifact
creature enters the battlefield with base power
and toughness 0/0 and Modular X, where X is
the number of counters removed this way.
