the Blaze, Rad-Phage, Seismic, or Shock trait, in
exchange for also gaining the Unstable trait.
-All weapons must be given the same trait.
-If the Territory is lost, so are the imbued traits.
VAN SAAR – ENHANCED BOON
-Increase Reputation by +2 .
-Weapons can be imbued with two of the
listed traits, instead of one.
Otherwise, all of the same rules apply.
