Archbishop of Issapolis

When you play Archbishop of Issapolis, choose
target set or run your opponent controls.
That set/run is Excommunicated.
(Excommunicated cards are placed in a seperate plie,
next to the affected players graveyard.
Excommunicated cards remain in this pile
until the next time the graveyard is shuffled
into the deck. At that point, all Excommunicated
cards are shuffeled into the deck as well.)
