Archbishop of Sin

Whenever a Non-Catholic creature dies, it's
owner may pay {1}. If that player doesn't, he/she
gets a Sin counter.
If another source would give an opponent one or
more Sin counter, that opponent gets that many
plus one Sin counters instead.
