Arclight Spanner

This jet black spanner can function as an entire Tinker's Kit, magically altering itself
into a variety of tools. In addition, it you can
use the spanner to cast the Mending cantrip.
The spanner acts as a +1 club. As a free
action you can activate the Arclight, causing
a shimmering blade of force to form from
the spanner. This blade can take the form of
a +1 dagger, shortsword, longsword or rapier.
