Arctic Tundra

The tundra is a harsh environment with some
truly unique traits that define this ecosystem.
Abilities:
Permafrost - Permafrost prevents large plants
like trees from taking root, as a result you do not
have access to any large tree producers, however
this also makes you immune to the effects of the
event card "Deforestation"
Extreme Cold - You gain immunity to the event
card "Wildfire" card but are vulnerable to the
event card "Climate Change"
