Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, flip a coin
if you win the flip, copy that spell twice, you may
choose new targets for that spell.
{u}{r}{g}: Exchange control of two permanents of
the same type.
If you would lose the game, flip a coin, if you win
the flip you cannot lose the game until the next
turn.
