Argesis, God of Punishment

When Argesis, God of Punishment enters the battlefield, put a pain counter on up to X target creatures.
Argesis, God of Punishment can't attack or block unless you control more creatures than creatures with pain counters on them.
Whenever Argesis, God of Punishment attacks or blocks, put up to X -1/-1 counters on target creature with a pain counter. If the blocked creature has a pain counter on it, its controller sacrifices it.
