At the beginning of each upkeep, if you control
no Thopters, create a 1/1 blue Thopter artifact creature token with flying.
Whenever one or more Thopters you control
deal combat damage to a player, look at that
player's hand. Then look at the top card of that
player's library. You may put it on the top or
bottom of their library.
