land's controller draws a
card, that player removes an Emergence counter
from that land. When the last is removed, destroy
that land and all of its controller's nonland
permanents. They can't be regenerated. If you do,
that player creates a colourless 0/12 Celestial
creature token with indestructible, reach, and
defender.
