Arkan, Master of Innovation

Innovation — At the beginning of your upkeep,
you may exile Arkan, Master of Innovation
and another artifact or creature you control,
then return them to the battlefield combined.
(To combine, exile two cards you control and return
them to the battlefield merged into one. They have all
abilities of both cards and their power, toughness,
and mana costs are added together.)

Arkan, Master of Innovation gets +1/+1 for
each artifact you control.
