At the beginning of each upkeep, put a tide
counter on every vehicle.
Each vehicle has: "Whenever this creature attacks,
any opponent may spend {3}{u} minus the amount
of tide counters on this creature, if they do,
destroy this creature."
{u}: Move a tide counter from target artifact you control to target nonland permanent an
opponent controls.
