At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if
you activated an ability of an artifact this turn,
Time Travel. You may have Arlo phase out.
{u}: Exile target artifact card with mana value 1 or
greater from a graveyard and put a number of time
counters on it equal to its mana value. It gains
suspend if it doesn't already have suspend.
