Arms of Return

Whenever another creature you control dies, put
a Verse counter on Arms of Return.
If you are the monarch, At the beginning of your
end step, choose target creature card in your graveyard. If that card's mana value is less than or
equal to the number of Verse counter on Arms of Return, return it to your hand.
