Army of the Scourge

As Army of the Scourge enters the battlefield,
each opponent may Blight. For each
opponent that did not blight a land this way,
put two +1/+1 counters on Army of the
Scourge.

As the undead advanced, desperate nations burned
their own lands to stall the invaders. It only delayed
the inevitable.
