Whenever you cast a creature spell you may
exile target instant or sorcery from any graveyard with the same converted mana cost.
You may cast a copy of that spell without
paying it's mana cost.

When Arnem dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner’s library third from the top.
