Arrow of Returning

A single arrow, that when fired, causes the
shooter to be teleported wherever the
arrow lands. The arrow turns to dust
upon impact.
These arrows are in high demand throughout the elven kingdoms. Unfortunately, the artisan
never returned after one unfortunate demonstration over a volcano.
