Prevent all noncombat damage that would be
dealt to Arson Progenitor.
If a creature or planeswalker an opponent
controls would die, if it was dealt noncombat
damage this turn, exile it instead. Then you may
have Arson Progenitor deal damage to target
player equal to its power.
