Enchant only Ninja.
Put three fire counters on Enchanted Ninja; each
time Enchanted Ninja would take damage, remove
a counter to prevent that damage and deal three
damage to the source of that damage.
The user controls the spiritual waveforms around themselves and creates fire wheels that circle them.
