Fight Phase:
When a Cult of Strife unit is selected to fight. Until
the end of the phase, each time a model in that
unit makes a melee attack, you can re-roll the
wound roll. If this unit has 11 or more models,
this stratagem cost 3CP, otherwise, it costs 2CP.
