Will of the council — Starting with you, each
player votes for ai or human. If ai gets more
votes, each who voted ai creates a colorless
artifact token named "Masterpiece" with
"Whenever a player casts a spell with ai artwork,
scry 2." If human gets more votes, each who
voted human searches another player's library
for a card with human artwork, then casts it
without paying its mana cost, except its name is
"Masterpiece."
