Articles of Impeachment

Player chooses any target creature that an opponent controls and this creature faces impeachment. Each player starting with the person to the left of the creature holder will vote "Yay" or "Nay". If there are more Yay's then Nay's, the card is permanently removed from the game and can not be brought back.
