The model that is equipped with this gains the following:
-Improve the Wounds by 1. And then remove
any damage the model had previously taken.
-Improve the Save of the model by 1. If it already had a 2+ Save, it can re-roll Saving Throws of 1.
-Improve the Toughness by 1.
