Eminence - At the beginning of each player's
upkeep, if Aruna, Blighted Willow is in the
command zone or on the battlefield, that player may pay 2 life and sacrifice a permanent. If that player does, they draw a card.
If an opponent would pay any amount of
life, that player pays that much life plus 2 instead.
