Ascendant

You start the game with only 5 cards in your hand.
You may exile a card from your hand or battlefield
and play any card from outside the game that you
own by paying that card's converted mana cost.
When this card leaves the battlefield remove it
from the game. If you cast a card with the same
name other than land cards more than once,
you lose 20 life.
