Ashan, Knowledge Seeker

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles that spell and the top card of each opponents library with a knowledge counter on them. Then that player may choose a spell exiled with a knowledge counter with mana value equal to or less than the spell they cast, and cast it without paying it's mana cost.
