Whenever you cast a spell or activate an ability that would cause you to search your library for one or more cards, you may search your library for an additional card, reveal it, and put that card into your hand, then shuffle. If you searched your library this way, you lose 3 life. (The additional card searched for this way does not have to share required qualities that the spell or ability that triggered this effect requires.)
