At the beginning of your upkeep create a red dust token. You may play lands from exile and whenever you cast a spell from exile, draw a card. If you were to exile the top card of your library, you may scry 1 first. Whenever you cast a spell from exile, you may discover X, where X is that spells mana value. Do this only once each turn. (Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with that mana value or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)
