+1: Each player exiles the top card of his or her library.
-2: Target player may put a card exile with Ashiok into his or her hand. If that player does, he or she discards a card.
-7: Exile the top 15 cards of your library. For the rest of the game, you play cards from exile without paying their mana costs.
