+1: Until your next turn, whenever a creature an opponent controls becomes tapped, if it isn’t attacking, exile the card of that player’s library.
-3: Put target permanent card with converted mana cost 3 or less exiled with Ashiok, Terror of the Night onto the battlefield under your control.
-7: Until end of turn, you may cast cards exiled by Ashiok, Terror of the Night without paying their mana costs.
