Ashiok the Restless

Whenever Ashiok the Restless enters the battlefield you gain an experience counter and may gain control of target nonland permanent with a converted mana cost of X or less where X is how many experience counters you have.
Ashiok the Restless cannot be placed on the battlefield except under it's owner's control.
