+1: you may look at the top three cards of target player's library. Put one of them back and the rest into that player's graveyard.
-2: target creature gets -X/-X until the end of turn where X is the number of creature card in it's owner graveyard
-8: exile all cards from target opponent's graveyard then chose 2 cards exiled this way. until the end of turn you may cast those cards for free
