Distribute a Souvenir artifact token to each
opponent with X charge counters and "At the
beginning of your upkeep choose at random, one
of the following effects —
• Sacrifice X creatures. Create X Treasure tokens.
• Distribute X soot counters divided among any
number of creatures you control.
• Souvenir deals X damage to you.
Then sacrifice the souvenir token after the effect
resolves. "
