When Ashu'Garath enters the battlefield,
exile all creature cards from all graveyards,
then put a number of +1/+1-counters equal
to the number of cards exiled this way onto
Ashu'Garath.
Whenever a creature card would be put into a
graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead and
put a +1/+1-counter on Ashu'Garath.
