If a creature you control dealt damage to an
opponent this turn you may cast this spell
without paying its mana cost as long as it targets
a permanent that player controls.
Chose an artifact or enchantment, then ask
someone outside the game if they would like that permanent destroyed without telling them
anything else about the game. If they would,
destroy that permanent.
