Asola, Nightmare Banquet

When Asola enters the battlefield, each player
gains an upkeep counter. For as long as a player
doesn't have an upkeep counter, that player
skips their upkeep. Repeat this for the untap
step, draw step, main phase, and combat step.
When Asola deals combat damage to a player,
that player loses a counter of their choice.
