Whenever Aspirational Scarecrow deals combat damage, target player may Sacrifice a tapped
nonbasic land. If that player doesn't, put a warp counter on Aspirational Scarecrow.
As long as Aspirational Scarecrow has three or
more warp counters on it, it gets +0/+4 and has Afflict 1.
