Assassination Plot

When Assassination Plot enters the battlefield,
choose a player. You become the Monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
sacrifice a creature. If you do and the chosen
player is the monarch, that player looses the
game. When they loose the game this way, exile
Assassination Plot and return it to the battlefield
under it's owner's control.
