Assault on the Weathertop

At the beginning of each player's second
main phase, if there is a total number of
two or more despair counters on creatures their opponents control, exile Assault on the Weathertop. If you do, that player
puts nine despair counters on a creature of their choice, then each creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each despair counter on
it.
