Assemble an Army

Round Table- Cast this spell only if a player is the monarch. Each other player comes up with a different offer on how many white Soldier creature tokens. Each of the tokens must have power greater than 0 and equal to its toughness, and all of the tokens must have total power equal to 10. The monarch chooses one of the offers, then makes those tokens.
