You can't cast nonplaneswalker spells.
At the beginning of your upkeep, search your
library for a planeswalker card with converted
mana cost less than or equal to 3 plus the
number of planeswalkers you control and put it
onto the battlefield.
If you control 10 or more planeswalkers,
you win the game.
