Assemble the Luncheon

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a mustard counter on Assemble the Luncheon. Then put a Ham Sandwich token onto the battlefield. At the beginning of each other player's upkeep, that player puts a ham sandwich onto the battlefield for each mustard counter on Assemble the Luncheon. Whenever a creature enters the battlefield it eats a ham sandwich. If it does it gains haste. If there are 100 or more ham sandwiches on the battlefield, you've solved
world hunger, and all players win the game.
