Association of I and S Workers

Formed in 1876, this foundation was made to represent iron workers. The union
guaranteed fair wages for Andrew Carnegie's mill workers with relatively few issues until the
Homestead Strike of 1892, where workers held a violent strike following new manager Henry
Frick's plan to cut wages.
"Citizens of the commonwealth, do not interfere.
Our intentions are peaceful. We are the
brotherhood of steel." - Elder Maxson, Fallout 4
