When it holds 3 or more {e} it gains +3/+0 and replaces First strike with Pierce (When attacking Astalos deals full damage to player and blocking creatures.)
Remove any number of {e}, Astalos deals that
amount of damage to target player or creature (Maximum of 3 charges per turn)
