CELESTIAL WARBRINGERS WIZARD wholly within 9" of a friendly CELESTIAL WARBRINGERS HERO, or wholly within 18" of a friendly CELESTIAL WARBRINGERS HERO that is a general. Add 1 to casting rolls for that unit until the end of that phase.
