Astral Gift

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay X. If you
do, put X +1/+1 counters on that creature.
At the beginning of your end step, if you control four or more creatures with +1/+1 counters on them, you may search your library for a creature card, reveal it, and put
it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
