When this Artifact enters, if it was Cast, Each opponent creates a token copy of This Artifact. At the beginning of Each Draw step, Each player exiles a card from the top of their library, each player may cast spells or play lands from the exiled cards if they control The Astral Vault Contract, and any mana maybe used to cast them.
