You don't lose the game for having 0 life. (You can still lose for having less than 0 life.)
As long as you have 0 life, your life total can't change. (You can't gain or lose life. You can't pay
any amount of life except 0.)
As long as you have 0 life, whenever an opponent loses life, sacrifice that many permanents.
