Psychic test for the bearer, your opponent cannot attempt to resist that psychic power with a Deny
the Witch test or negate it by any means. Note
that the psyker will still suffer Perils of the Warp
on a roll of double 1 or double 6, and if slain by
Perils of the Warp, the power they were trying to manifest will still automatically fail.
