Elementals you control have +1/+1 and have Haste
Whenever an elemental enters the battlefield or attacks, choose two :
- Add {u}, {r} or {g}
- Draw a card
- Athtoma, Nexus of Elements deals 2 damage to target creature or planeswalker
It doesn't create the elements, it is the elements.
